Requirements are minimum 5 years’ experience with mixed-fruit orchard production in organic orchard settings, ability to safely operate and maintain standard orchard equipment, assemble and supervise small orchard crew, manage post-harvest activities including storage, packing, sales, and delivery, as well as maintain detailed production records, develop annual operating budgets, and work with admin-level support. Must work well with a team that includes owner, consultant, administration, property managers, and farm-adjacent operation managers.
