Food safety manager training scheduled for November

The Washington State Tree Fruit Association is hosting an educational seminar for packing house food safety managers Nov. 1 at Allan Brothers Fruit in Yakima, Washington.

The workshop will focus on verification of cleaning and sanitation programs for tree fruit packing houses, with a hands-on environmental monitoring workshop.
