SUMMARY:Washington State Fruit Commission board meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Washington State Fruit Commission board of directors meeting is scheduled for Wed.\, May 15 at the Red Lion Hanford House in Richland\, Washington.  \nPresident B.J. Thurlby will report on commission business and Good Fruit Grower projects\, and financial reports will be presented by commission treasurer JoAnne Daniels.  \nIndustry reports will include the Pacific Northwest Canned Pear Service\, Tree Fruit Research Commission\, Northwest Horticultural Council\, Northwest Fruit Exporters and Washington State Tree Fruit Association.  \nThis meeting is open to all persons without regard to race\, color\, national origin\, gender\, religion\, age or disability. Persons who require alternative means of communication (such as Braille\, large print or sign language) or language interpretation or special meals should contact the WSFC at 509-453-4837 at least three business days before the meeting.  \nThe Five-State Cherry Commission meeting will follow the WSFC board meeting.
