The Fruit Logistica Special Edition 2021, scheduled May 18–20 in Berlin, Germany, has been canceled due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, according to a news release. 

“We wanted to make an on-site event happen in May that resonated with more than 600 international companies that had already registered,” the Fruit Logistica team said in the release. “But the prospects for transnational business travel to Berlin and large face-to-face gatherings are too low. Regrettably, under these circumstances it is simply impossible for us to meet face-to-face.”

Preparations are underway for the next Fruit Logistica event, scheduled Feb. 9–11, 2022.
