The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Foreign Labor Certification invites interested stakeholders to participate in a webinar that will provide an overview of the new Adverse Effect Wage Rate rule on Tuesday, April 4 from 3–4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
According to an announcement on the OFLC website, the webinar will discuss the methodology behind the new AEWR rule and provide examples of how it will be applied.
