    • Webinar scheduled as worker survey heads to Washington growers

    The Washington Farm Labor Association is providing a webinar for growers who will be surveyed this month about foreign worker wage and employment practices. The state employment and security department says the results of the survey will help, “the U.S. Department of Labor establish wage rates and employment standards” for agricultural jobs including the H-2A guest worker program. WAFLA is encouraging all growers to attend the webinar at 11 a.m. on September 9, to better prepare for survey questions. Read the full press release below.
