    A call for help can be an invitation to a rewarding experience.

    Apples are interplanted with other crops in the remote Ait Bouguemez Valley in Morocco. Almost on a daily basis we are invited to help people who are less fortunate. Our mailboxes (both virtual and snail mail) are often full of opportunities to help, so when an unsolicited message from a Mrs. Riley came across my computer a couple of months ago I was ready to hit the delete key.
