WASHINGTON STATE FRUIT COMMISSION BOARD TO MEET AUGUST 6

The Washington State Fruit Commission has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to approximately 2:30 p.m., in the W.L. Hansen Building, 1st floor meeting room, 105 So. 18th Street, Yakima, WA.

Domestic Promotions Director Karley Lange will report on Commission business and operations. Financial reports will be presented by Treasurer Tim Welch, and Managing Editor Shannon Dininny will report on Good Fruit Grower operations. A brief review of domestic and foreign market promotions will also be presented.

To complete the meeting, tentative reports will include updates from the Pacific Northwest Canned Pear Service, Northwest Horticultural Council, Northwest Fruit Exporters, and Washington Oregon Canning Pear Association.
