Washington State University will hold a postharvest decay management workshop focusing on organic techniques, online March 9. Achour Amiri, a plant pathologist at the Wenatchee Tree Fruit Research and Extension Center, and colleagues will give presentations about a newly registered postharvest fungicide, best management practices for organic fruit and the difference between controlled-atmosphere and dynamic controlled-atmosphere storage.
