WSFC Board position nomination

One commissioner position on the 16-member Washington State Fruit Commission Board of Directors will be up for nomination during the Annual Processor’s Meeting, which has been changed from February 24, 2026, to February 23, 2026.

The meeting will be held at the Yakima Steak Company, 221 W. Yakima Ave., Yakima, WA.

Nominations will be taken at the meeting for: Processor Position #16 (position currently held by Doug Field).

Commissioner positions on the WSFC board are each for a three-year term beginning May 1, 2026, and expiring April 30, 2029. Written nominations, signed by five persons qualified to vote for the said nominees, may be made up to five (5) days immediately following said nomination meeting and shall be filed with said Commission at: 105 South 18th Street #205, Yakima, WA 98901, or emailed to: legal@wastatefruit.com.
