Conference for Entrepreneurs Eric Villagas, award-winning chef and host of the Public Broadcasting Service’s television show Fork in the Road, will be the keynote speaker at Making it in Michigan, a conference presented by Michigan State University’s Product Center for Agriculture and Natural Resources.
